PAYMENTA non-refundable Booking Deposit is required to reserve your tour.
Final Payment is due, in cash, at the beginning of your tour.
Any additional costs such as entrance fees, meals, drinks, transportation, etc, are your responsibility and not included in the tour fee, unless specifically stated otherwise.
All payments and refunds are in euros.
TOUR DELAYS
Your tour meeting time and place will be confirmed, via email. Your tour host's mobile number will also be provided.
In case of an arrival delay on your part, the tour host will wait for 30 minutes beyond the assigned meeting time.
After 30 minutes, there is no guarantee that the reservations at the Fado Houses will be valid and the tour may be cancelled, at the tour host's discretion, with no refund due.
If the tour host is delayed such that the evening's reservation is forfit, you have the option of rescheduling another night (dependent upon reservation availability) or a 100% refund of funds paid to LisbonFado.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour fee.
Based upon tour availability, you may reschedule for a different night (within 7 days of your originally programmed tour) at no charge, given at least 14 days advance written notice.
If your tour is cancelled by us, 100% of all payments to LisbonFado will be refunded within 72 hours of cancellation notice.
TRAVEL & TRIP INSURANCE
LisbonFado strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected change-of-plans.
Unfortunately, we can not provide last-minute insurance to those who opt to not purchase it themselves at the time of booking.
